South African low-cost airline LIFT has added another Airbus A320-200 to its growing fleet, marking a significant milestone as the carrier prepares for its next phase of expansion.
The newly inducted aircraft increases LIFT’s operational fleet to eight Airbus A320s, strengthening the airline’s ability to meet rising passenger demand while laying the groundwork for future regional services across Southern Africa.
Since launching in 2020, LIFT has steadily carved out a place in South Africa’s competitive domestic aviation market. The airline has built its reputation around flexible booking options, customer-focused service and competitive fares, serving major routes between Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
