Known for her unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, Mercia is a Cape Town native with a profound understanding of the city’s culture and heritage. Mercia’s journey in hospitality began modestly as a weekend waitress in Mitchell’s Plain, where her determination and hard work laid the foundation for a stellar career. This is her second appointment as General Manager, underscoring her proven ability to motivate teams, optimize operations, and craft unforgettable experiences for guests.
