Powered by baggage logistics company DUBZ and operated by Marhaba, a dnata division, this new service aims to streamline the airport experience and drastically cut passenger wait times. Now, travellers can check in their luggage remotely—whether from home, office, or hotel—and upon arrival, simply walk out of the airport without waiting for their bags.
Additional features include short-term and long-term baggage storage and secure same-day delivery anywhere in the UAE. The entire service can be booked online at marhabaservices.com or accessed at dedicated points in Dubai.
Jaffar Dawood, Divisional Senior Vice President for UAE Airport Operations at dnata, highlights the shift towards seamless travel experiences: “Whether it’s families or business travellers, demand for hassle-free journeys has never been higher.”
