Emirates, a leading international airline, has announced the expansion of its global network with the introduction of three new destinations: Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam and Siem Reap in Cambodia.

This strategic move enhances connectivity between the Middle East and Southeast Asia, offering passengers more travel options and strengthening economic and cultural ties.

Shenzhen, China

Starting from July 1, 2025, Emirates will commence daily non-stop flights between Dubai and Shenzhen, marking its fourth gateway into mainland China.

Shenzhen, known as a technological and innovation hub, becomes the first destination in China to be served with Emirates’ retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER.

This aircraft offers four classes: eight private suites in First Class, 40 lie-flat seats in Business Class, 24 Premium Economy seats, and 260 spacious seats in Economy Class.

The flight schedule is designed to optimize connections to and from key points across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and South America.

Da Nang, Vietnam, and Siem Reap, Cambodia

Emirates will introduce four weekly services to Da Nang starting June 2, 2025, and three weekly flights to Siem Reap from June 3, 2025. Both cities will be connected via Bangkok, providing multiple, convenient weekly services to these leisure destinations.

Flights to Da Nang will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while services to Siem Reap are scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

These routes will be served by Emirates’ two-class Boeing 777-300ER, offering 35 lie-flat seats in Business Class and 386 spacious seats in Economy Class.

Enhanced Connectivity and Passenger Experience

The new routes are carefully timed to provide travelers with convenient connections to major European cities, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, Manchester, Milan, and Rome, as well as major US cities.

Passengers can expect Emirates’ signature hospitality throughout their journey, savoring regionally-inspired cuisine and premium beverages across all cabin classes.

The airline’s award-winning ice entertainment system offers an extensive library of over 6,500 channels, including international films, TV series, music, podcasts, and games in more than 40 languages.

Strategic Expansion

The addition of Shenzhen, Da Nang, and Siem Reap positions Emirates with the largest and most diversified route network among non-Asian airlines in East Asia, offering 269 flights per week from Dubai to 24 points.

This expansion not only strengthens Emirates’ presence in the region but also underscores its commitment to offering business and leisure travelers unparalleled access to Southeast Asia and the broader East Asia region.
