XL Turners Travel is pleased to announce the acquisition of Grindrod Travel’s corporate travel division, effective 1 December 2025. The transaction forms part of XL Turners Travel’s strategic growth plan and reflects the company’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional, future-focused travel management solutions to businesses across South Africa.

The purchase comes on the back of the Grindrod Group’s decision to dispose of its non-core assets and focus on its port and logistics businesses.
