Breaking news: Hong Kong airport cancels all flights
Hong Kong International Airport has cancelled all flights, as anti-government protests in its main terminal continue for a fourth day.
In a statement on its website, the airport has advised all passengers to leave the terminal building as soon as possible. Affected passengers are to contact their respective airlines for flight arrangements.
Thousands are gathered at the airport, one of the world’s busiest international hubs.
SAA has cancelled flights to Hong Kong today, according to a statement released by the airline.
The following flights have been affected:
